When is my package going to be shipped? ♡Handmade Items that are made on purchase can expect to wait anywhere between 2-3.5 weeks for item to be made & shipped though expect to wait longer if many orders are placed. Please keep up to date on my socials for handmades wait time xx ♡ Please note that orders are 100% handmade by me and take time to add those details you all love! ♡Please allow 7 business days for packaging to arrive after shipping within nz. ♡Customers overseas can expect shipping to take 3-5 weeks depending on location. ♡ All orders will be shipped with tracking ♡ Do you take customs? Yes, I do! Please email me your inspo pic , preference and measurements..... ( bust, waist, desired length of clothing, hips) Please note that customs are a higher price as they are custom made specifically to your measurements. Can I return my items? ♡Due to sanitary reasons returns are not available. ♡Feel free to send me an email for an questions! How long does it take to get an email response? ♡ Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. If you do not get an email response, please resend it! This is a hobby of mine that I do in my spare time so please understand that sometimes I may not be able to reply quickly. Do you accept refunds? ♡ Refunds are non-eligible, all sales are final.
